HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a tracking number by email and SMS once the product has been dispatched. This can also be found in the 'My Account' section on the website as well as in the footer.

 

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

Within India, we adopt a 7-day return policy as long as the returned product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags. If a certain style is NOT eligible, it is tagged as 'Clearance Sale' on the product page itself.

Note: International orders are not eligible for return.

 

WHAT ABOUT MY MONEY AFTER I RETURN MY ORDER?

You can get a full refund in your back account or store credit voucher for the amount you have paid towards the returned products for all purchases.

 

WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

After you have submitted your return request, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled. Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse and complete our quality check, you will receive a refund for the amount of the style/s returned. We aim to make this process as seamless as possible for you

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

For domestic orders: 7 to 10 working days.
Currently we do not accept returns on Clearance Sale products and all international orders.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?

IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE?

For India: Free shipping on all prepaid orders. 

For International: Shipping charges will be levied basis cart value and location. This will show directly at checkout and will be included in your order.

WHY ARE CERTAIN PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

Products purchased on the Clearance Sale page are not eligible for return/exchange. 

 

WHAT CAN I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PRODUCT?

We would require you to send an image or a video of the damage to our Customer team via WhatsApp on +91 8686003530 or email it to us on hello@rovingmode.com within 24hrs of delivery and we will schedule a pick up. Post assessment of the returned product, the refund for the same will be processed.

 

CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes you may, if your order has not been dispatched. Please get in touch with our Customer Team via WhatsApp on +91 8686003530 or email us on hello@rovingmode.com at the earliest to change/cancel your order.

 

WHAT IS ROVING MODE 7-DAYS RETURN POLICY? HOW DOES IT WORK?

Roving Mode’s 7-days returns policy gives you an option to return or items purchased from the website for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to our 7-days Return Policy:

  1. All items to be returned must be unused and should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  2. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Roving Mode’s website. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.
  3. Please note that we do not refund the shipping or COD charges incurred by you.
  4. Please allow 24 hours post-delivery of your order for your order status to be updated in your Roving Mode account.
  5. In case the items handed over to the courier person don't match the details of the items mentioned in the return request, we will conduct an internal probe and get back to you accordingly
  6. If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return process, we will not process the return
